The Mott Agency was founded in the late 1970s by Alan & Ann Mott with a simple goal: To make marine insurance available & affordable for all Long Island boat owners. As business grew, so did their family & eventually the children came aboard. Through the years daughter Kathy & son Tommy learned how to steer the ship, & proudly took the helm as proprietors by the 1990s.
