Baker Auto Upholstery Was Started in 1954 by Virgil Baker in Fairfield, California, specializing in car restoration, modification, & customization, along with residential & commercial Furniture. In 1990 Baker’s closed it’s residential furniture & interior design side of the business, maintaining the commercial furniture portion. In 2008, the business was incorporated as Baker Trim Shop, Inc., DBA Baker Auto Upholstery. Marine upholstery & marine canvas services were also added, which have become an increasingly larger part of the business.
