About the Charles River Sail & Power Squadron

The Charles River Sail and Power Squadron welcomes you to our Web Site. While individually we are recreational boaters, we are united by a common interest in promoting safe boating through education and example. Our activities include the presentation of boating courses open to the public, which provide necessary certification in some states, performing civic functions including Safe Boating Week activities, and varied social functions on and off the water. Most of our members come from northwest of Boston, but our boats are located on the coast and on the lakes all over New England, from Maine to Rhode Island.
