Bad attitude towards customers.

Went down to shop to ask for quote. Was told they would get back following week. Never heard from them. Went back few weeks later and oh we are busy etc. Yes I get it times are good no worries ..then they came out and measured job and gave quote. Little pricy tried to negotiate but she would not budge. I will pay more for quality and goods in the shop looked like good quality. Then Caroline says we want 50% of the job up front. I am like OK ...seemed kind of steep then I call to put 50% down payment and she wants me to sign quote " In case I don't come back" Like I am going to give you a substantial amount of cash and not come back. So I now have to go back and sign the quote. I suggested they try Digital signatures to make it easy on everyone and I get a catty e-mail stating " You seem unhappy with our process find some one else" I am getting real tired of trying to buy local and due to good times in the boating business being treated like crap. Real bitchy attitude from Caroline
