Horrible

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They are the worst excuse for a company that I have ever dealt with. Do not use them!! We had them look at our boat for an ongoing issue with the engine and steering failure. They charged us over 600.00 to come out and the engines were under warranty. They supposedly said they spent 4 hours trying to find the issue and couldn't find anything. We used the boat 2 times after and still had issues. We even took pictures of the warnings on the control panel; however, they wanted to charge us AGAIN to come out. We called Volvo/Penta who sent Jas Marine in West Palm Beach to come to the boat and they found the issue immediately. What a joke! DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

Outstanding person and Mechanic

Gary is a great person and an even better boat mechanic, he does what he commits to, he is reliable and treats your boat like his own. I cannot say enough positive things about Gary, his service and his capabilities. 4 days before going on vacation with my boat I found a serious issue that if not fixed would have cancelled our vacation, the issue needed an expert like Gary, who came immediately, diagnosed the problem, ordered special parts and within 48 hours, my boat was fixed and seaworthy. Gary also has an awesome assistant "Sam" who returns calls, emails promptly and is a pleasure to work with. So rare to find this quality of service these days ..... Well done Gary Woods and Co
