Clay looked over a boat for me. I loved the wonderful condition of this old boat. Clay was not impressed. Among the defects he discovered were dry rot, engine nearly rust. Clay recommended a mechanic to check for water intrusion and it was found. I am so grateful. I am looking for a first boat and single in Santa Monica
