Our approach is to properly vet Premium Captains who have the skills to engage new owners, coach them in all aspects of their boat, from systems to close quarter maneuvering, and safety best practices. After we feel they are prepared, then we get to the fun part and take them sailing, or on an extended passage on their motor yacht. For our business model, we ensures that the underwriter will know exactly the master captain they are dealing with which offers an added protection and accountability. We believe accountability through highly vetted captains is important to the underwriter - quality over quantity.
