Seriously unprofessional...

This is the response given by Mr. Parks... “Let’s get this clear I move 5 to 6 hundred boats a year and don't hear the phone ring when working 12 to 14 hour a day 7 days a week and when i get home at 10 or 11 pm I don,t feel like returning calls nor would it be polite so if you really need some thing leave me a email with all the info you can not a snooty remark or i will ignore you so who the f!@k are you most people leave a message  hope you don't need my service cuz you can kiss my a!#.” (Expletives deleted) There was no snooty message. I don’t know if Mr. Parks simply had a bad day and was venting or this is how he interacts with everyone. Needless to say it’s completely unprofessional and bordering on the irrational. I truly hope he has a better day.
